Warranty Policy
The Water Works Warranty Policy
We offer a 1 year warranty for both ThermaPool and ThermaPod products.
To be eligible for a claim under warranty, please read the following carefully as failing to adhere to our guidelines could render your warranty agreement invalid.
ThermaPool
What we will cover
Our warranty will cover any defects in materials and parts for one year. (excluding cushions) We will cover any broken parts of the chiller/heater unit under normal usage. (If purchased)
What we will not cover
Any damage caused to the pool and heater/chiller unit from misuse.
Any damage to the cushions through wear and tear.
Any damage to the pool and chiller/heater unit resulting from unauthorised modification.
If the heater/chiller unit or Pool been tampered with or repaired by any other outside contractor/company than ThermaPool. Do not cover the Chiller/Heater and ensure at least 30cm clearance from the fan for sufficient ventilation.
If you have not followed our maintenance instructions for the changing of filters, draining your Thermapool and the user instructions, causing damage to the Pool and Chiller/heater unit.
Damage caused by natural disasters.
Filter Cartridges are consumables and therefore not covered by warranty.

In the event that you fill up the pool with water that contains improper chemicals, this will damage the chiller/heater unit and your warranty will be invalid.
Any damage caused to the pod and heater/chiller unit from misuse.
Any damage to the pod and chiller/heater unit resulting from unauthorised modification.
If the heater/chiller unit or Pod been tampered with or repaired by any other outside contractor/company than ThermaPod.
